Service Description

An in depth childbirth education series that centers the psychological, physical and spiritual wellness of the birthing person, the baby and their family. We meet in person on a weekly basis for 5 weeks (2.5 hr). Please note an additional 6th class is added to the schedule in the event that the educator needs to reschedule due to a birth.
