About the event
An in depth childbirth education series that centers the psychological, physical and spiritual wellness of the birthing person, the baby and their family.Â
We meet in person on a weekly basis for 5 weeks (2.5 hr).Â
Meeting dates will vary due to the change of the season and holidays
